At LSP, we recognize that each student has a unique goal and personal aspiration. To support this, we offer an Individual Development Plan (IDP) tailored to each student’s interests and strengths. The IDP is designed and guided by both Thai and English native-speaking teachers, referred to as IDP and Co-IDP teachers, who work closely with each student to map out their personalized learning journey. This collaborative approach ensures that every student receives the support, encouragement, and guidance needed to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
