From Self-Discovery to a Clear Goal: Successfully Gaining Admission to the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University
Not everyone realises their dream career at an early age, but for Natty (Nanthapak Kiwprasopsak), she knew from her early secondary school years that she wanted to become a doctor. From that point on, she sought a school and opportunities that could help her achieve her goal.
Once Natty set her sights on becoming a doctor, she dedicated herself fully to making it a reality. Eventually, she secured a place in the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University through the “Excellent English Programme,” which required a minimum GPA of 3.5 and an IELTS score of 7.0 or higher. Through her determination and hard work, Natty achieved an impressive IELTS score of 8.0, leading her to fulfil her dream of studying medicine.
Natty shared her heartfelt advice:
“The earlier you realise your goals, the more time you have to plan and prepare. You’ll discover which admission round suits you best and what truly motivates you. Just don’t give up—every goal is achievable if you give it your all.”

ไม่ใช่ทุกคนที่จะค้นพบอาชีพในฝันตั้งแต่อายุยังน้อย แต่สำหรับ แนตตี้ (นันทภัค คิวประสพศักดิ์) เธอรู้ตั้งแต่มัธยมต้นว่าอยากเป็นหมอ พร้อมทั้งเริ่มค้นหาโรงเรียนและโอกาสที่สามารถพาเธอไปถึงเป้าหมายได้อย่างชัดเจน
ตั้งแต่วันที่แนตตี้ตั้งเป้าหมายว่าอยากเป็นแพทย์ เธอก็พยายามทุกวิถีทางเพื่อทำให้ความฝันนั้นเป็นจริง จนในที่สุดเธอสอบติด คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในรอบ “โครงการเรียนดีภาษาอังกฤษ” ซึ่งมีเกณฑ์การสมัครที่ต้องการเกรดเฉลี่ย 3.5 และคะแนน IELTS 7.0 ขึ้นไป แต่ด้วยความมุ่งมั่น แนตตี้สามารถทำคะแนน IELTS ได้ถึง 8.0 และคว้าความสำเร็จในเส้นทางที่เธอใฝ่ฝันไว้
แนตตี้ฝากข้อคิดที่อบอุ่นไว้ว่า:
“ยิ่งเรารู้เป้าหมายของตัวเองเร็ว ก็จะมีเวลาวางแผนและเตรียมตัวมากขึ้น เราจะรู้ว่าเหมาะกับรอบไหน และอะไรคือแรงบันดาลใจที่ผลักดันเรา ขอเพียงอย่าท้อ ทุกเป้าหมายสามารถเป็นจริงได้เสมอ ถ้าเราพยายามอย่างเต็มที่”
