With this belief, Watsamon Nummit from LSP Career & Counselling and guest speakers from EduSmith decided to host LSP International Univerisities’ Education and Application Overview for LSP high school students to familiarize our students with international universities.
แต่ละประเทศ มีรูปแบบการใช้ชีวิตที่แตกต่างกัน
Each Country Has Its Own Uniqueness
UK : เหมาะกับคนที่มีเป้าหมายชัดเจน รู้ความต้องการของตัวเองว่าอยากเรียนด้านไหน มี Curriculum ค่อนข้างเจาะลึก ส่วนมากเรียนจบภายใน 3 ปี ในกรณีของกลุ่มวิชาแพทย์เรียนจบภายใน 5 ปี
US : เหมาะกับนักเรียนที่มีความสนใจหลากหลายและชอบทำกิจกรรม สามารถเลือก Double Major ได้ตามความสนใจ
Canada : มีโปรแกรมบังคับทำงานระหว่างเรียน ไม่ได้เคร่งการทำกิจกรรมเท่า USA และเปิดรับชาวต่างชาติจำนวนมาก เหมาะกับคนที่อยากเจอผู้คนที่หลากหลาย
Hong Kong : เน้นโฟกัสสายวิชาในคณะที่เลือก และหลาย ๆ ที่เปิดหลักสูตร English 100%
Singapore : เกณฑ์คล้ายกับ Hong Kong เน้นความเข้มข้น เหมาะกับคนชอบทำคะแนน ชอบทำข้อสอบ
Japan : แม้จะมีคณะที่เปิดสอนด้วยภาษาอังกฤษล้วน แต่ก็ยังเป็นประเทศที่ใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นหลัก จึกเหมาะคนที่ชื่นชอบในวัฒนาของญี่ปุ่นด้วย

UK: Fit for those having clear goals about what they want to study and those wanting to study with in-depth curricula. Usually takes 3 years to complete an undergraduate study, with an exception of medicine that takes 5 years.
US: Fit for those having a wide range of interests and enjoying doing activities. Can study with double majors.
Canada: Having a required internship course while pursuing an undergraduate degree, with lesser emphasis on activities than the US. Fit for those looking forward to diverse students and people from various backgrounds.
Hong Kong: Focused in students’ chosen field of study and having 100% English-taught degrees in many universities.
Singapore: Similar to Hong Kong but more competitive. For for those having academic excellence.
Japan: While having some a few English-taught degrees, Japanese is still the main language for studying, so it fits those interested in Japanese language and culture.

แต่ละประเทศนั้นมีเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกและไทม์ไลน์ที่แตกต่างกัน แต่ส่วนที่คล้ายกันและสำคัญคือ การสอบวัดระดับภาษาอย่าง SAT, IELTS รวมถึงการเตรียม Portfolio หากมีการวางแผนที่ดีก็สามารถเพิ่มโอกาสยื่นเข้าคณะในต่างประเทศได้

While each country has a different system for university application, the common requirements across countries are standardized tests like SAT, English proficiency tests like IELTS, and a portfolio. With great preparation, students can increase their chance of being accepted.
